Pistachio St. Patrick's Day Bread

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 c oil
• 2 T water
• 1 (3 oz) pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 c sour cream
• 1/2-1 t green food coloring
• 1 t almond extract
• 3/4 c chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Mix all ingredient together until well blended. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
