- 4 c milk
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1 c Becel
- Salt
- 8 c bread flour

Step 1
Scald milk then cool to lukewarm. Add marg to melt, sugar and salt then gradually add flour to a soft dough like bread adding flour as needed. Knead. Let rise in warm place (proof) ie microwave for 1 1/2 hours. Knead down. Let rise again 45 to 60 minutes. Knead chunks two per muffin pan. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hrs. Preheat oven to 375 and bake 18 to 20 mi Utes or until nicely browned.
