Warm Cherry Puff

Ingredients

  • 1 C Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Bisquick
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp Soft Butter
  • 1 20 oz Can Cherry Pie
  • filling (peach is good too)
  • (I use sugar free
  • pie filling, no taste
  • difference)

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 400º 10" pie dish or
11x7" baking dish.
Heat oven. In a blender,
combine milk, eggs, bisquick
sugar, butter and almond extract.
Process 15 seconds. Pour into
prepared baking dish. Spoon
pie filling on batter. Bake
25-30 minutes.
