Ingredients
- 1 C Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C Bisquick
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Almond extract
- 2 Tbsp Soft Butter
- 1 20 oz Can Cherry Pie
- filling (peach is good too)
- (I use sugar free
- pie filling, no taste
- difference)
Preparation
Step 1
Bake 400º 10" pie dish or
11x7" baking dish.
Heat oven. In a blender,
combine milk, eggs, bisquick
sugar, butter and almond extract.
Process 15 seconds. Pour into
prepared baking dish. Spoon
pie filling on batter. Bake
25-30 minutes.
