Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage (1)
- 18 eggs (12)
- 2 cups milk (1 1/2)
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt (1)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar (2)
- 3 cups garlic & onion flavored croutons (2)
- 18 tomato slices (12)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage & drain.
Place in greased 9X13 casserole.
Beat eggs, milk & salt, stir in cheese.
Pour over sausage. Sprinkle with crouton.
Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let stand for 5 - 4 minutes before serving.
Garnish with tomato slices.
