Ingredients
- 4 medium Granny Smith apples, sliced or chopped
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/16 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add apples.brown sugar,cinnamon and nutmeg. Saute 15-20 minutes. Serve as a side dish or salad.
