Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cans mushroons soup
  • 2/3 cup water
  • salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Step 1

Cook celery, onion in water til soft. Add melted butter, mix all ingredients, even cheese, in a large bowl. Place in a 9 X 13 buttered dish for 1/2 hour at 325, stirring once. Top with buttered bread crumbs and more cheese. Put back in the oven for cheese to melt.
