Saucepan Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk. Add margarine. Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes. Stir in oats and peanut butter. Return to bolil. Remove from heat stir until slightly thickened. Immediately drop by tsp. onto waxed paper. Cool.
