Orange Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 2 Cups Sifted Flour
• 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 3/4 tsp. Salt
• 1 TBS. Butter
• 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
• 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and sift all dry ingredients and orange zest
Cut in butter. Add Orange Juice mixed with egg and stir into flour mixture until well moistened.
Spread into an oiled 9" cake pan

Top with following mixture:
3 TBS Butter
1 TBS. Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Orange zest


Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
