- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Paprika
- 3 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3-quart casserole. Cook macaroni and drain. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the bottom of the casserole dish. Mix together macaroni, milk, 1 ½ cups of the cheese, salt, pepper and sour cream. Pour into the casserole dish over cheese. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese over the top. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake 30 – 35 minutes until brown and bubbly.
