Ingredients
- 150 gms Paneer
- 10 gms coriander leaves
- 1 green serrano chilli or to taste
- 5-7 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2-3 Tablespoon yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- salt to taste
- cheddar cheese

Step 1
blend all ingredients except paneer
Cut Paneer in cubes and add marinade
Let it marinade for an hour
Lightly grill over mediaum flame in a grill pan.
Add cheese
Serve
