Ingredients

3-4 boneless chicken breast, washed and cubed
salt n pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup canola oil

Step 1

preheat oven to 325
season chicken with salt n pepper and dip in cornstarch. then dip in to egg, back to corn starch. heat oil in pan and fry chicken pieces, just till browned nicely and remove to pan. por sweet n sour over chicken and bake 1 hr. turning chicken every 15 min.

i prefer the bottled sweet n sour sauce.
