Cookie Dough - Vanilla Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c oleo
• 1/2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2-3/4 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees

In lg bowl, cream butter & sugar together with electric mixer. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Add baking powder & flour one cup at a time, mixing after each addition. The dough will be very stiff. It may be necessary to blend the last flour in by hand.
DO NOT CHILL

Roll dough 1/8" thick. Cut with cookie cutters.
Place cookies onto ungreased sheet with spatula dipped in flour.

Bake on top rack of oven 6-8 minutes or until light brown.

Cool
