Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can of organic chickpeas, ___skins removed. Put the liquid aside
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • Juice of half a large lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons reserved liquid from chickpeas

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients, except the chickpea liquid in a food processor, Process until very smooth, at least 1 minute, Add liquid one tablespoon at a time, until desired thickness is achieved. Check seasonIng.
Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with a little paprika
