Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can (8.5 oz) cream-style corn
- 5 oz frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 package (8-1/2 oz) Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1/4 cup prepared Ranch dressing
- Pinch of ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 can french fried onions
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir in half of the cheese. Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining cheese, onions and bacon.
Top casserole with cheese mixture; bake 15 min. or until lightly browned.
