Taco Shells

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Crisco
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and salt together, cut in shortening. Add water and knead until smooth.
Divide dough and roll into 10 balls. Let rest for 15-20 minutes. Roll out into circles and fry on hot griddle.
