Cottage Cheese Vegetable Salad

- 1 small box on lemon Jello
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 12 oz. of small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 2 tsp. of chopped onion
- 1 small diced green pepper
- 1 small container of Cool Whip
1. Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Stir in Jello.
2. Cool Jello until slightly set. Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate to set.
