Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried Italian spice blend
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl and whisk together. Very slowly drizzle in olive oil, in small drops, while whisking vigorously. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Store leftover in a covered jar and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
