  • 2 1/2 cups French's Original French Fried onion's
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Put onion's in a plastic bag, add flour, finely crush.

Beat egg in medium bowl

Line a shallow pan with foil, for easy clean-up.

Dip chicken into egg, then into crumbs

Bake in 400@ oven for 15-20 minutes. If the chicken is thick bake for the 20 minutes.
