Ingredients
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 slices oat bread
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with sugar, garlic and lemon juice. 2. Spread over two slices of bread; layer with ham and cheese.
3. Top with remaining bread.
4. Cook on panini grill for 5-6 minutes or until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
