Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3-5 3-5 3-5 pound pork shoulder
- 2 2 2 c chopped celery
- 1 1 1 c chopped onion
- 1 1 1 c ketchup
- 1 1 1 cup bbq sauce, any flavor
- 1 1 1 c water
- 2 2 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 2 2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 2 2 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp each:: chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Slow roast pork shoulder in 200 degree oven for 5 hours OR place in crockpot on low for 8 hours.
Shred pork as soon as it is cooked OR place in the refrigerator to cool completely then slice thin.
Make sauce with remaining ingredients.
Add pork to sauce and heat thoroughly.
