Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz cans chopped green chilies
- 4 cans great northern beans
- 5 12.5 oz cans white chicken
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 4 cups onions
- 8 garlic cloves
- 4 tsps. cumin
- 3 tsps. oregano
- 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 - 48 oz cans chicken broth
- 3 cups Monterey jack cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions in oil until translucent (about 10 minutes). Stir in garlic, oregano, cumin and cayenne. Sauté 2 minutes. Add stock and beans. Add chicken and 1 cup of cheese and stir until melted. Add sour cream.
