Mashed Potato Casserole

  • 1 box Hungry Jack Instant Potatoes (16ish oz)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 stick butter
  • onion salt, garlic powder, pepper to taste
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • shredded cheese



Step 1

Boil water, butter and seasoning
Remove from heat
Add milk and potato flakes
mix in sour cream and cream cheese
Fill an 9x13 pan with potatoes
Bake at 350 for 30ish min, until heated through.
Top with shredded cheese
