Grandma Madelyn's Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- bread crumbs
- couple bread slices
- dashes of salt, pepper, garlic salt and a little more than dash grated
- 2 or 3 Eggs
Mix pork and beef, add some bread crumbs a handful or two
Add a little salt, pepper, garlic salt and some cheese.
Mix well. Add eggs one at a time until the mixture is moist but ban be formed into balls.
Fry until cooked on all sides, we like to brown them and then open one to make sure its cooked through and eat it!
