Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 2/3 cups cake mix. Combine the rest of mix with egg, butter and mix until crumbly. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 350* for 15-20 minutes.
Filling: Combine 2/3 cups cake mix, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, eggs. Mix & pour over crust. Sprinkle with peacans. Bake 30 minutes at 350*
