Sherry-Soy Marinaded Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • pork roast

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all except pork roast. Mix well. Marinate roast for 2 to 4 hours at room temperature, or several hours in the refrigerator

Roast uncovered in a 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes per pound.
