Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lb. pot roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 4 to 6 potatoes
  • baby carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Mix soups and water together. Add meat and soup to a large Dutch oven. Bake for 2 hours. Add cubed potatoes and carrots. Bake 1 hour.
