Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 C Sour Cream
• 1/4 C cream
• 1/4 C horseradish
• 2 t dijon mustard
• 1/4 t sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup cream, 1/4 cup horseradish, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon sugar in bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve steaks.
