Chocolate Sheet Cake

400* oven

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon,soda and vanilla
• ICING
• 1 stick butter
• 4 tablespoon cocoa
• 6 tablespoon milk
• 1 box powdered sugar sifted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup pecans

Preparation

Step 1

mix in bowl flour and sugar
in sauce pan mix butter, cocoa, water,
bring to rapid boil and pour over flour
mix well
add buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon, soda, vanilla
mix and pour into greased 15X11 inch pan
bake 20 minutes at 400*

ICING
start 5 minutes before cake is done
melt butter,cocoa,and milk
bring to a boil
remove from heat and add powdered sugar,vanilla,and pecans
beat well and spread on cake while hot
