Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pecan 1/2's
- 14 oz. pkg. vanilla caramels, unwrapped
- 5 bars milk chocolate (1 1/2oz. ea.), broken into squares
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange pecans into clusters of 3-4 halves, 2" apart, on baking sheet lined with silicone mat. Top each cluster w/ caramel, flattened slightly. Bake @300 for 7 min. or till caramel softens. Remove from baking sheet. Flatten caramels w/ spatula. Top each w/ milk chocolate square while warm. Spread choc. when melted. Refrigerate a few min. till chocolate hardens.
