Maple Mustard Oven Roasted Salmon

  • 3 Tbs whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • 4-4 oz salmon filets, skin on
  • kosher salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°.

Combine mustard and syrup in bowl. Season salmon generously on both sides with salt and pepper. Place salmon in tin foil lined baking sheet, skin side down. Brush with mustard mixture, top with bread crumbs and drizzle butter over all.

Bake 15 minutes and serve.
