Overnight Morning Caramel Rolls (B&T Cookbook)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg Rhodes frozen dinner rolls (36)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 pkg butterscotch pudding (NOT instant)
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
  • 1 cup white sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon mixed together

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans in pan. Pout about 25 of the frozen rolls into pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and pudding mix over rolls. Pour the melted butter over it. Then sprinkle the white sugar and cinnamon mixture on top. Cover with a towel and let stand on counter all night. Bake next morning at 350 for 25-35 minutes. You can put on baking sheet to prevent overspill mess and can also cover pan lightly with aluminum foil and lift occasionally to make sure top does not burn. When done, cool slightly on the counter and then flip it over onto a big serving platter and eat.
