Ingredients

  • Soft Vanilla Cookie Tart:
  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Mocha Ice Cream with Chocolate Flecks:
  • 16 oz Pareve Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Coffee Granules, diluted in
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Coffee Liqueur
  • 3 oz Chocolate, grated
  • Amaretto Laced Caramel Sauce:
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 4 Tbsp Amaretto (I used bourbon)
  • 3/4 cup Pareve Whipping Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the cookie tart:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat margarine with sugars until combined. Scrape the sides occasionally. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients. Grease a 9" springform pan. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
