Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs. country style pork ribs
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 3 Tbs. soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange ribs in shallow baking pan. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cornstarch, BBQ sauce, sherry and soy sauce. Pour over ribs. Bake covered until tender, turning occasionally. Skim off fat before serving.
