Ingredients
- Basil Leaves 1/3 cup
- Extra virgin OO 1/4 cup
- Parm Cheese 1/3 cup
- Pine Nuts 1 Tbs
- Garlic 1 Clove
- Onion 1/2 cup diced
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- Pasta 2 servings
Preparation
Step 1
When measuring the Basil, pack the leaves as tightly as possible to fill 1/3 cup, when you release it will spring out of the cup. Put basil, oil, garlic and pine nuts in a blender until mixed completely. Add cheese and blend lightly to mix.
Cook onions with a Tbs of EVOO. Remove from heat add pasta and pest and stir thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. serve with more grated cheese.
