Low fat Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs, hard boiled
  • 16 egg yolk halves
  • 1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs fresh chopped chives
  • 11 Tbs sweet pickle relish
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Hard boil eggs. Put all egg yolks and remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend. Fill eggs and refrigerate.
