Toasted Southern Pe-Can Brown Sugar Butter

• 1 lb. butter softened
• 1 c. brown sugar firmly packed
• 1 c. finely chopped pecans-toasted
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
• 1 t. maple extract

1 toast pecans at 350 for 7 mins

beat butter with hand mixer, till whipped

add all other ingredients, blend together and store in refrigeration till ready to use
