  • 2 lb carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. Mix sugar, cinnamon and butter together.

2. Add boiling water.

3. Put carrots in an oven proof baking dish.

4. Cover carrots with sugar mixture.

5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
