This hearty and gluten-free friendly recipe works perfectly with a breadmaker! I love serving it with a hearty chili or some of my other Southwestern favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup gluten-free flour (1:1 GF all-purpose flour)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter or oil

Step 1
Follow the instructions that came with your bread machine in terms of which ingredients to put in the machine first.
Then select the cake setting with a light crust. If your bread machine has a cornbread setting, this setting will work also.
