Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1-1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 4 t baking powder
- 1-1/2 t salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Then mix in wet ingredients. Pour into a greased 8X8 pan or muffin tins. Bake at 425 for 25-30 min.
