Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 4 ounces dried berries (approx. 2/3 cup)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt together the white chocolate and the vegetable oil. Spread the dried berries on a parchment covered rimmed baking sheet. Pour the melted chocolate over all and spread evenly. Refrigerate until hard. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes approx. 3 cups of bark pieces.
