Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together first 5 ingredients; stir in nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350° till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. About 50 minutes. Cool.
