  • 3 1/2 cups (17 1/2 oz) AP flour - used 4 1/2 oz WWW plus 13 oz AP
  • 1 tbs instant or rapid rise yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz) whole milk, room temp
  • 12 tbs (6 oz) unsalted butter, melted - divided - 8 tbs plus 1 tbs at a time
  • 1/4 cup (1 3/4 oz) sugar
  • 1 large egg plus 1 large yolk, room temp
