Rosemary Parmesan Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 t roughly chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Toss nuts in olive oil, then toss with parmesan, cayenne, rosemary, and a little salt.

Roast at 400 for 8 minutes.
