  • 8 oz Butter, Unsalted
  • 8 oz Margarine
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • Pinch Salt
  • 5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Ice Water



Step 1

Step #1: Cube both ice-cold margarine and ice-cold butter

Step #2: Put all ingredients, except water, in electric mixer, mixing until you get a loose bread crumb texture

Step #3: Slowly add ice water (around 1/4 to 1/2 cup) depending on dough type you want – more water equals less dense dough

Step #4: Mix only util mostly together as a ball, then knead by hand to form ball

Step #5: Let chill overnight

Step #6 Roll, fill and bake according to your favorite recipe
