Ingredients
- 1 lb Mince Beef
- 3/4 Cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 3 Gingersnaps (crushed)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl place on your seasonings and mix well so that everything is evenly coated.
Add the mince to the bowl and mix well.
Form into medium sized meatballs and place them into your Air Fryer.
Cook them for 15 minutes on a 190c heat or until nice and crispy and cooked in the middle.
Place them on sticks before serving.
