Mexican Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 TBSP taco seasoning mix
  • black olives,salsa, or hot peppers, optional for garnishing.

Preparation

Step 1

Slice hard-boiled eggs lenghtwise and scoop out yolk into a mixing bowl. Sit whites aside. Mash the yolks with a fork, add sour cream, mayonaise, and seasoning mix. Mix together until smooth. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Top with olives, salsa or hot peppers.
