Mocha Mousse

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz Dark Torino Chocolate
  • 2 oz White Baking Chocolate
  • 2 oz Dark Baking Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups Dessert Topping, unwhipped
  • 2 Tbsp Walders Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee, dissolved in
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 cup Dessert Topping
  • 3 Tbsp Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 Tbsp Confectioner's Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a microwave, melt the chocolates and topping together. Remove from heat, then stir in the liqueur and coffee. Allow to cool and thicken.

Using an electric mixer, beat the dessert topping until stiff. Fold in the instant pudding and confectioner's sugar. Fold the chocolate mixture into the topping mixture.
