Ingredients
- 2 tbsp KA-ME Sesame Oil Blend
- 3/4 lb cubed chicken or firm tofu
- 1/4 cup KA-ME Duck Sauce
- 2 tbsp KA-ME Hot Mustard
- 1 small onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 12 shitake mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz broccoli florets
- 1 pkg (14.2oz) KA-ME Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat Sesame Oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, add chicken or tofu; stir for 30 seconds. Reduce heat to medium-high and stir-fry until browned (two minutes). Add Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard, onion, red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli; stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles, cover for 30 seconds; remove lid, stir and cook 2 more minutes.
