Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 lb. can cut green bean's, drained
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 5 hot cooked medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup shredded American cheese

Step 1
In large skillet, cook meat and onion till meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Add salt and pepper, drained beans and soup; Mix well and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Mash potatoes while hot; add milk and egg. Season with salt and peper to taste. Spoon in mounds over casserole. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Bake 350@ oven for 25-30 minutes.
Can prepare with instant potatoes. Use 4 servings according to package directions except reserve the milk. Add egg to potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Add enough reserved milk so potatoes are stiff enough to hold shape.
