Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut eggs in half, remove yolks to bowl and set whites on serving plate. Mash yolks with a fork and mix in remaining ingredients. Spoon filling in egg whites and chill. Sprinkle with papricka if desired.
